What is included in an adoption?

  • A private visit with the animal and photoshoot

  • Adoption certificate

  • Photos of the animal

  • Animal fact sheet

  • The animal's unique story of how they came to live at the farm

Meet Sheiky! Sheiky is a 19 year old American Quarter Horse. Sheiky’s owner lovingly gave him to us after deciding he would be better off living here with some horsey friends. He has some persistent health issues including osteoarthritis, short teeth so he needs special feed and supplements, and thin soles so he needs special foot care to keep him comfortable. He is not ridable currently but he is a wonderful therapy animal for our program and brings lots of smiles and joy to the kids. He is a very sweet-natured big guy who loves to get attention and treats.
