Lead The Herd!™ Equine Leadership Experience
Get your team out of the boardroom and into the arena!
Lead The Herd!™ is an immersive equine-assisted leadership workshop that uses the honest, immediate feedback of horses and experienced to help individuals and teams strengthen communication, emotional intelligence, trust, and adaptability. Through interactive demonstrations, guided reflection, and hands-on team challenges, participants gain meaningful insights into how they lead, collaborate, and influence others.
Unlike traditional team-building events, this experience doesn't end when the workshop is over.
Following the event, your leadership team will participate in a personalized follow-up consultation where we'll debrief the experience, discuss observations, and identify practical strategies for applying the lessons learned within your organization.
Each participant also receives a comprehensive take-home leadership packet that includes personalized reflections on their leadership strengths, growth opportunities, communication style, and contributions to the team. Leadership teams receive an additional summary highlighting collective strengths, potential blind spots, and recommendations for improving collaboration, trust, and organizational culture.
